International symposium on food credence attributes: How can we design policies to meet consumer demand?

OECD（経済協力開発機構）のCo-operative Research Programme: Biological Resource Management for Sustainable Agricultural Systems と青山学院大学 経済研究所 の支援を受けて、国内外から専門家を招聘し、標記の食品属性に関する国際シンポジウムを青山キャンパスにて開催します。

研究者、大学院生、行政官、食品業界関係者【概要】
食品には様々な属性が含まれていますが、その中には購買時に消費者が知ることのできない信頼属性と呼ばれるものが含まれています。過去20年近くに渡る研究を通じて、望ましい信頼属性を備えた食品を購入するために、消費者が追加的な負担をすることが示されてきています。一方で、生産者もそうした信頼属性を備えた食品を提供する意思があることも示されてきています。 このシンポジウムでは、国内外の著名な研究者を招聘し、消費者が食品の信頼属性をどの様に評価しているのか、また安全性基準や表示制度などに対してどの様なことを期待しているのかといったことについて、知見の整理をすることを目指します。
