Government-sponsored international students

Graduate schools in AGU accept scholarship students (study exchange students) recruited by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.

Graduate Students

Foreign nationals who are students of master's programs at foreign universities or who have master's degrees are accepted as master's students (within one year).We also accept foreigners who have dropped out of doctoral programs at foreign universities or after three years or more in the latter part of their doctoral programs as late-term foreign research students in doctoral programs (within one year).
Note: The system for graduate students is a system in which they consult with instructors and consult with AGU from instructors.

Visiting Researchers

Visiting researchers are accepted (single year and within one year) who have a master's or doctoral degree, or a professional degree, and who have the ability to carry out sufficient educational and research activities (regardless of nationality).
