Dear Students,

Aoyama Gakuin University, while continuing the measures for preventing the spread of infection of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), has started to gradually lift the prohibition of entry to both the Aoyama and Sagamihara campuses, and has begun a policy of restriction of entry for the rest of the spring term from Monday, June 8, 2020.

Entry to the campuses from Wednesday, July 1 ~ Thursday, August 13 will be as listed below. All classes will continue to be held online, and all unnecessary and unurgent entry will continue to be prohibited.

Only students to whom the conditions below apply may enter.
(1) Students registered for those classes where holding regular classes is considered necessary by the graduate or undergraduate school, according to each school’s methods.
(2) Students who have research activities in school.
(3) Students who need to use the school facilities or visit offices.

■Regular classes will be held only with agreements from both faculty and all registered students. There will be no need to move to the metropolitan area from your local areas or from abroad. Details of regular classes will be announced by each graduate and undergraduate school via the student portal or other methods.

■For some school facilities and offices, you may need to contact them beforehand, or make a reservation, due to measures to avoid the "Three Cs": Closed spaces, Crowded places and Close-contact settings. Please check the announcements from each facility and office via the link below, “5. Facility Use”.
