In order to emphasize the need for procedures to prevent the spread of infection, Aoyama Gakuin University will be making a report to its members of the numbers of students and faculty who have tested positive for COVID-19 each month.

■If a member of school has tested positive and it seems difficult to determine who has been in close contact, we will try to prevent the spread of infection by giving wide notice through an announcement on our website. On any such occasion, we will ensure that the member and his/her family’s privacy and rights will be protected.

■We will continue to announce the latest information, as well as cooperating with related institutions, to ensure that we carry out the fullest possible infection prevention measures as a school.
