Dear Freshmen, Current Students, Guarantors, and All it may concern,

Due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) becoming a pandemic and showing no sign of subsiding, Aoyama Gakuin University has decided to rearrange the period for prohibiting extra-curricular activities to fulfill its duty to prevent the spread of the virus. The arrangements are as below.

Period of prohibition：Tuesday, March 31, 2020, 〜 For the time being
Until safety can be assured, the school will prohibit any extra-curricular activities.

※The prohibition for extra-curricular activities will continue even after Monday, June 8.
However, we are considering a gradual easing of restrictions. Once any decisions are taken, announcements will be made via the student portal.
