On Thursday, December 4th, 2025, the 10th Meet Up Cafe of 2025 was held at the International Commons on the first floor of Building No. 7 on the Aoyama Campus.

This Meet Up Café was entirely led by eight student volunteers, including AGU international and regular students, who took charge of every step from planning the event and decorating the venue to running the event itself.
With “Christmas” as the main theme, the icebreaker featured quizzes which participants learned about Christmas traditions and fun facts from around the world. Later, the participants crafted Christmas ornaments inspired by candy canes, combining ribbons of their favorite colors. With their completed ornament each participant then decorated the Christmas tree at the entrance of the International Commons. It was a heartwarming Christmas event filled with the students' passion and creativity.
Approximately 40 students, including both regular and international students, joined the event.

Meet Up Cafe is an event for international students and all AGU students to interact with each other. It is conducted in both English and Japanese, so those who are not comfortable with English can easily participate. The next Meet Up Cafe is scheduled for Friday, December 19th.
