On October 30, 2025, the 8th Meet Up Cafe of 2025 was held at the International Commons on the first floor of Building No. 7 on the Aoyama Campus.

This Meet Up Café was held as a "Halloween" event. Some participants attended in the costume of a specific character, which filled the venue with unique atmosphere of Halloween.

The event started with greetings within each group, followed by Halloween quiz held as a team competition. Participants talked each other with their group members to solve the quiz, which generated great excitement.

Following this, during the free talk session, the participants enjoyed snacks and taking photos at a photo booth. As a special prize for the people in costume, some people won the lottery to receive an instant photo print taken during the event. The atmosphere ensured that it was a fun and memorable experience for all the participating students.

A total of approximately 40 people, including both general students and international students, attended the event.

Meet Up Cafe is an event for international students and all AGU students to interact with each other. It is conducted in both English and Japanese, so those who are not comfortable with English can easily participate. We are looking forward to seeing you there!
