Aoyama Gakuin University exchanged partnership agreements with the University of Belgrade (Serbia) on April 24, 2023.

In June 2022, the Business School of AGU invited Ambassador H.E. Ms. Aleksandra Kovač of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Japan to have a lecture. In July 2022, Prof. Komatsu, the Director of International Center visited the Embassy and our school had been making firm relationships with the Republic of Serbia.

The University of Belgrade founded in 1863, is the oldest university in the country. It holds 31 undergraduate schools and 13 research labs including humanities, social sciences, engineering, science, and medicine. The president of University of Belgrade is also the chairman of the Conference of the Universities in Serbia, which consists of 17 universities in the country.

In June 2023, students from AGU will be visiting the Embassy, and it is expected that more students will be interested to the Republic of Serbia, and our partner there.
