Students have the ability to correctly understand, logically consider, and accurately analyze various issues arising in the international community (especially international economic interdependence) from the perspective of national or industry level, and to take action to resolve them.

"International Business Course"
Students have the ability to correctly understand, logically consider, and accurately analyze various issues arising in the international community (especially international economic interdependence) from a corporate-level perspective in international economics, and to take action to resolve them.

Curriculum Policy (Policy for creating and implementing educational courses)

Department of International Economics has established an educational curriculum to ensure that students acquire the following academic abilities by the time they graduate. In particular, from the second year, two courses are established: "International Economic Policy Course" and "International Business Course", and a consistent educational program is provided according to a model course plan appropriate for each course.

■ "International Economic Policy Course"
In order to acquire the specialized knowledge in the field of international economics necessary to play an active role in the international community, we offer subjects related to theory (economic theory, international economics, development economics, etc.) and analytical methods (statistical analysis, econometrics, etc.), which are arranged as department-specialized subjects (basic subjects (Group A) and advanced subjects (Group B)).

The course offers specialized subjects (basic subjects (Group A) and advanced subjects (Group B)) and specialized seminars) to equip students with the ability to correctly understand, logically consider, and accurately analyze issues arising in the international community (especially international economic interdependence) from the perspective of national or industrial level, and to take action to resolve them.

In order to equip students with the ability (including high language skills) to cooperate and collaborate with people around the world as members of the international community, foreign language subjects (Group A (English), Group B (foreign language other than English), Group C (foreign language other than English or English)) are systematically arranged and small-group participation seminars are offered throughout the four years of study (introductory seminars in the first year, pre-seminars in the second year, and specialized seminars in the third and fourth years).
