Lost and found items (lost items/lost items)

We would like to introduce how lost items (items left behind or lost) are handled at Aoyama Gakuin University.

  • Handling lost property

    Lost items found on campus are collected and stored at the Lost and Found Center on each campus (Aoyama Campus: Building 2, 1st floor; Sagamihara Campus: Building N, 1st floor), so if you think you might have lost something, please come and collect it as soon as possible.
    Lost property will be stored for three months from the date of reporting. Please note that umbrellas will be stored for two weeks.
    Any items that are deemed difficult or unsuitable for storage from the standpoint of safety or hygiene management will be disposed of appropriately.

  • If you find something lost on campus

    If you find something lost on campus, please report it to the Lost and Found Center on your campus (Aoyama Campus: Building 2, 1st floor; Sagamihara Campus: Building N, 1st floor).

  • Lost and Found Centre opening hours

    Any items found on campus are kept at the Lost and Found Center. We do not answer inquiries by phone.
    Please come to the following office.


    Aoyama Campus (Building 2, 1st floor)
    Monday to Friday 9:00 to 20:00 Saturday 9:00 to 13:00


    Sagamihara Campus (N Building, 1st floor, N115)
    Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 Saturday 9:00 to 13:00

    *The office will be open on holidays when classes are held.
    *Please note that opening hours will change during the summer holidays and the New Year holidays.
