証明書を受け取られた方へ

電子透かし（『POPITA®』の技術による偽造抑止）について

オンライン申請サービスを用いて日本国内のコンビニで発行した証明書や、本学が発行し本学から国内外へ発送した証明書には、電子透かし（『POPITA®』の技術による偽造抑止）が施されています。
証明書を受け取られた方は、電子透かし（『POPITA®』の技術による偽造抑止）により、証明書の真正性を確認することができます。

なお、本学が発行する証明書には例えば同じ成績証明書や卒業証明書であってもVISA用とそうでない通常のものの２種類があります。『POPITA®』が使用できる証明書はVISA用でない証明書に限られます。
『POPITA®』を使用する場合は、証明書申請者にVISA用ではない通常の証明書を申し込むように伝えてください。代理発行により本学に証明書を申請する場合もVISA用ではない通常の証明書をお申し込みください。

For those who have received a certificate

About digital watermarking (anti-counterfeiting by “POPITA®” technology)

The following certificates are digitally watermarked to prevent forgery, using the “POPITA®” digital watermarking technology:
1. Certificates issued at convenience stores in Japan through the online certificate application service.
2. Certificates issued and sent directly from Aoyama Gakuin University to domestic or international recipients.
Recipients can verify the authenticity of the certificate through the digital watermark (POPITA® technology) designed to deter forgery.
Please note that Aoyama Gakuin University issues two types of certificates: VISA certificates and non-VISA certificates, even for the same transcript or diploma. The POPITA® technology can only be applied to non-VISA certificates.
If you wish to use POPITA®, please instruct the certificate holder to apply for a regular non-VISA certificate. If you request a certificate directly from the University, please specify that you require a non-VISA certificate.
