2016年4月より、いわゆる「障害者差別解消法」が施行され、不当な差別的取り扱いの禁止と合理的配慮の提供が努力義務（民間事業者）となりました。さらに、この「障害者差別解消法」は2021年5月に改正され、合理的配慮の提供は民間事業者においても義務となり、2024年4月より施行されております。
障がいや病気等で支援が必要な学生からの申し出があった場合、本学では、当該学生が他の学生と同等のスタートラインに立てるような配慮や工夫を決定し、授業担当者にお伝えいたします。下記の記事等をご参照の上、ご理解ご協力くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

From April 2016, the “Act for Eliminating Discrimination against People with Disabilities" came into effect, and the prohibition of unjust discriminatory treatment as well as the provision of reasonable accommodation became an obligation of effort for private business operators. Furthermore, the "Act for Eliminating Discrimination against People with Disabilities" was revised in May 2021, making the provision of reasonable accommodation an obligation even for private businesses, which will be enforced from April 2024. At AGU, whenever there is a request from any student who needs support due to disability or illness, etc., we shall make a decision on considerations as well as create plans to enable the student to stand on the same start line as the other students, and we will then inform the faculty member in charge.
