2016年4月より、いわゆる「障害者差別解消法」が施行され、不当な差別的取り扱いの禁止と合理的配慮の提供が努力義務(民間事業者)となりました。さらに、2018年10月より、東京都条例により東京都内の事業者(民間事業者も含む)については、合理的配慮を提供することが義務になりました。
障がいや病気等で支援が必要な学生からの申し出があった場合、本学では、当該学生が他の学生と同等のスタートラインに立てるような配慮や工夫を決定し、授業担当者にお伝えいたします。下記の記事等をご参照の上、ご理解ご協力くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

From April 2016, the “Act for Eliminating Discrimination against People with Disabilities" came into effect, and the prohibition of unjust discriminatory treatment as well as the provision of reasonable accommodation became an obligation of effort for private business operators. Furthermore, according to the Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance, since October 2018 it has been an obligation to provide reasonable accommodation in companies within Tokyo (including private business operators). At AGU, whenever there is a request from any student who needs support due to disability or illness, etc., we shall make a decision on considerations as well as create plans to enable the student to stand on the same start line as the other students, and we will then inform the faculty member in charge.
