Business administration is a tool for shedding light on this ever-changing corporate management, and its role is becoming more and more important. Business administration has also always developed alongside the practical activities of organizations. Small class size and essay writing
The admission limit for the Graduate Graduate School of Business Master's Program is 15 students. Most classes are held in small groups, so students can receive various forms of research advice through lectures by specialized faculty, discussions with students, and student research presentations. Furthermore, graduate school studies are not just about acquiring knowledge through lectures; it is also important to improve analytical and problem-solving skills accumulated in the process of writing a thesis. In the Master's Program, students write a master's thesis based on a research theme, and in the Doctoral Program, students write a doctoral thesis after further improving their research skills.
Special Subject Enrollment System
The special course registration system allows students to take graduate school lectures from their fourth year in School of Business. Students can learn the knowledge that can only be obtained at a graduate school while still enrolled in the school. While deepening ties with School of Business, we respond to individual learning styles that meet individual needs and to the development of human resources with high levels of knowledge and skills.

In 2001, the Graduate Graduate School of Business introduced a daytime and evening course system and an entrance examination system for working adults to its Master's program. A one-year course is also available for working adults. By taking advantage of the location of Aoyama Campus, we are proactively working to meet the research needs of working adults through an easy-to-learn program. To date, many working students have studied at Graduate School of Business. In terms of timetable, the sixth period on weekdays in the evening is from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, making it easy for working adults who commute to school after work to take the course. Furthermore, a one-year Master's program is also available for working adults who meet certain conditions.
We also have an educational program for working foreign students, where English is the official language and all lectures and research guidance are given in English. This series of initiatives has been introduced to actively welcome working professionals who are looking to explore the relationship between business management research and real-world business activities. Our efforts to diversify are not limited to meeting the research needs of working professionals, but also extend to the introduction of the "Course Registration System (Advanced Registration System)" for undergraduate students who aim to advance from the Faculty of Business Administration to the Graduate School of Graduate School of Business. The Special Course Registration System (Advanced Registration System) is a flexible system that allows students in School of Business School of Business to take graduate school lectures in advance from their fourth year. Students can learn knowledge unique to graduate schools while enrolled in the faculty. In addition, the credits for graduate school courses acquired during their undergraduate years through this system will be recognized as credits required for graduation after entering the graduate school.

(The Strategic Management and Intellectual Property Rights Program – SMIPRP)
The Strategic Management and Intellectual Property Rights Program is an international master's degree course, the only one of its kind in Japan, offered by Graduate School of Business at Aoyama Gakuin University University under the sponsorship of the World Customs Organization (WCO) for future leaders who are expected to play a leading role in customs and other fields around the world. Supported by two pillars: practical acquisition of academic knowledge on strategic management and teaching of cutting-edge skills by lecturers who are active at the forefront of the practical field of intellectual property rights, this program, with all lectures conducted in English, can be said to be a course open to professionals from all over the world. Just looking at the nationalities of the students taking the program, we can see that young leaders from all over the world, such as Mauritius, Nigeria, Liberia, Bhutan, Pakistan, Maldives, Thailand, Indonesia, Yemen, and Azerbaijan, are studying at SMIPRP.
