[Clubs and Circles]
Aoyama Gakuin University University offers many opportunities for extracurricular activities to enrich your student life. The athletic clubs participate in tournaments and other events, and daily training is rigorous, requiring students to balance their studies with their studies.
Other clubs and circles have members who meet based on their hobbies and interests. Every April, these clubs and circles gather together to hold an event to welcome new students. For more detailed information, please check this link.

Classroom changes and cancellations
All information will be posted on the student portal, so please be sure to check it every day.

Classrooms may change (this is common, especially early in classes). New classroom information will be posted on the student portal.
2. Class Cancellation
Teachers may cancel classes due to illness or other personal reasons. Class cancellation information will be posted on the student portal.

Official transcripts will be sent to students and their universities by the International Center after the study abroad period ends as PDF files in English.
Credit transfer
If you wish to transfer credits earned at our university to your home university, please contact the person in charge at your home university yourself to collect the necessary documents for the credit transfer.
