About credit transfer
The Graduate Graduate School of Science and Engineering will participate in the "Academic Exchange Agreement between Universities in Kanagawa Prefecture" from April 2010, and will begin credit transfer between partner universities. This will allow students to take courses, receive research guidance, and participate in joint research with other partner universities without having to pay additional tuition fees.
Komoda Advanced Academic Scholarship and Komoda Advanced Academic Award
In accordance with the bequest of the late Professor Emeritus Toshiya Komoda of Tohoku University, the "Aoyama Scholarship for Advanced Academic Studies" and the " Scholarship for Advanced Academic Studies" have been established to provide academic encouragement and financial support to students at Tohoku University Graduate School Graduate School of Science and Engineering who are responsible for education and research in the next generation of science and engineering.
