We are participating in various consultation sessions to provide international students aiming for Aoyama Gakuin University with an opportunity to talk with university staff, so we look forward to your visit.   1. Becoming an Exchange Student

    You can explore the academic field you want to study. In addition, by studying the "Aoyama Standard Subjects" that give you the knowledge, culture, skills, and abilities required in modern society, as well as the wide range of subjects offered by each faculty, you will be able to understand various issues from all angles.

  2. Enroll as a regular international student

    You can explore the academic field you want to study. In addition to the "Aoyama Standard Subjects" that will give you the knowledge, culture, skills, and abilities required in modern society, you will also be able to deepen your expertise through the curriculum of your faculty. Furthermore, our English education, which has earned us the nickname "Aoyama for English," is also a distinctive feature of our school.

  3. Enroll as a government-sponsored student

    The graduate school accepts Japanese government scholarship students (research students) recommended by the embassy and recruited by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan.

  4. Becoming a Graduate Student/Visiting Researcher

    Graduate School Research Students】Foreigners who are enrolled in a master's or master's program at a foreign university or who have earned a master's degree are accepted as foreign research students for master's and master's programs (up to 1 year). In addition, foreign students who are enrolled in a doctoral course at a foreign university or who have completed at least three years of study in a doctoral course at a foreign university are accepted as foreign research students in the doctoral course (for one year or less). *The graduate research student system should be discussed with your academic advisor and then your academic advisor should consult with the respective graduate school departments at Academic Affairs Department Academic Affairs Division or Sagamihara Campus Administration Department Academic Affairs Division.
