*The doctoral program will no longer accept students from 2018.
Master's Program

Completion Requirements
The requirements for completion are as follows:
(1) To be eligible to enroll, students must be enrolled for at least two years and earn at least 30 credits in total in accordance with the prescribed course of study; (2) To submit a master's thesis and pass its review and the final examination; and (3) To pass the certification test in one foreign language. -
Degrees awarded to those who complete the course
Master's Degree in Business Law
Students who complete the Master's program in Department of Business Law will be awarded a Master's in Business Law.
Doctoral Program
*Student recruitment will be suspended from 2018.

Completion Requirements
(For students enrolled before 2017)
The requirements for completion are as follows:
(1) To be enrolled for at least three years, acquire 20 credits in the prescribed research supervision seminars, and conduct research necessary for a doctoral degree; (2) To write and complete a doctoral thesis on a selected research topic. and (3) to submit a doctoral thesis in accordance with the doctoral degree awarding process, have it reviewed, pass a final examination and one foreign language certification, and then be granted the doctoral degree. -

PhD (Business Law)
Students who complete the doctoral program Department of Business Law will be awarded a Ph.D. (Business Law).
