We will introduce the graduation requirements and course registration for Department of Private Law.
Master's Program

Completion Requirements
The requirements for completion are as follows:
(1) To be eligible to enroll, students must be enrolled for at least two years and earn at least 30 credits in total in accordance with the prescribed course of study; (2) To submit a master's thesis and pass its review and the final examination; and (3) To pass the certification test in one foreign language. -
Degrees awarded to those who complete the course
Master's Degree (Law)
Students who complete the Master's program in Department of Private Law will be awarded a Master's in Law.
Doctoral Program

Completion Requirements
The requirements for completion are as follows:
(1) Standardly, students must be enrolled for at least three years, earn at least 12 credits, and conduct research necessary to obtain a doctoral degree; (2) write and complete a doctoral thesis on a selected research topic; and (3) submit a doctoral thesis in accordance with the doctoral degree awarding process, have it reviewed, pass a final examination, and pass certification in two foreign languages before being granted the degree. -
Degrees awarded to those who complete the course
Doctor of Law
Students who complete the doctoral program Department of Private Law will be awarded a PhD in Law.
