デジタル証明書（PDF）を受け取られるまでの流れは以下のとおりです。

その１

本学学生、卒業・修了生からデジタル証明書（PDF）のオンライン発行にご対応が可能かどうか確認があります。
ご対応が可能な場合は以下の情報をお伝えください。
・企業、教育・研究機関等のご名称（証明書提出者が入力し、そのまま証明書内に印字されます）　　（例：『（本人記入）提出先：〇△〇△株式会社』）
（部署名とご担当者名はご任意です）
・証明書ご送信先のメールアドレス

その２

本学学生、卒業・修了生が本学証明書発行サービスから申請すると、上記【その１】で回答いただいたメールアドレス宛にデジタル証明書（PDF）のダウンロードリンクが記載されたメールが送信されます。
ダウンロードリンクからデジタル証明書（PDF）をダウンロードしてください。ダウンロードリンクの有効期限は3か月です。
送信元メールアドレスは『noreply-cert@aoyamagakuin.jp』です。迷惑メールフォルダへの振分けなどがないようご協力のほどお願いいたします。

証明書のPDFデータには、タイムスタンプと電子署名が付与されており、改ざんを防止します。
発行後に改ざんされた場合、PDFを開いた際にエラーメッセージが表示されます。

For Companies and Educational/Research Institutions Receiving Digital Certificates (PDF)

The process for receiving a digital certificate (PDF) is as follows:

Ⅰ．

You will be asked to confirm whether you accept digital certificates (PDF) submitted by Aoyama Gakuin University students, graduates, or alumni.
If you agree to accept them, please provide the following information to the students, graduates, or alumni:
• Name of the company, educational institution, or research institution (This name will be entered by the person submitting the certificate and printed directly on the certificate.)
(Name of department and person in charge are optional)
• Email address where the certificate should be sent

Ⅱ．

When an Aoyama Gakuin University student, graduate, or alumnus applies for a certificate through the university's certificate issuance service, an email containing a download link for the digital certificate (PDF) will be sent to your registered email address.
Please download the certificate from the provided link.
Important Notes:
• The download link is valid for three months.
• The sender’s email address is no-reply-crt@info2.aoyama.ac.jp. Please ensure that the email is not filtered into your spam folder.

The digital certificate (PDF) is time-stamped and digitally signed to prevent tampering. If the certificate is altered after issuance, an error message will be displayed when attempting to open the PDF.
