Human resource needs and student awareness
Supporting finding the right job by eliminating disparities
Supporting students to find the right career by eliminating the gap between the needs of employees and their awareness of the job
*Although the grant project period has ended, this project is continuing as an in-house project at our university.
Business Overview
We hold vocational aptitude tests and career and job counseling sessions in the first and second years to encourage students to think about their future career paths early on, to reexamine themselves through the task of choosing a career path, and to reaffirm their goals in student life. We aim to deepen students' understanding of society and companies through industry information sessions and mock interviews by graduates. We will create and support a system that provides job information to graduates who have graduated or left their jobs early without finding a job. In addition to providing information, we will also establish a system that allows individual consultations at all times to provide emotional care. As direct support for third and fourth year students in their job hunting activities, we will implement support measures that can be beneficial to more students, such as a job-hunting support system that focuses on correcting application forms, the introduction of the IT Passport e-learning program, and the creation of our own PLACEMENT GUIDE.
the purpose
This project aims to eliminate the gap between the human resource needs of companies and students' views on careers, and to support a smooth job-hunting process by providing students with an opportunity to receive specific education on the qualities and abilities required of professionals in each industry, as well as to cultivate the ability to express one's own abilities in response to human resource needs and increase career satisfaction.
