The Human Innovation course focuses on developing talented individuals with the specialized skills to generate "learning" in a variety of settings and connect it to transformation of people, organizations, and society - innovation.
Students will learn cutting-edge theories and research methods related to "learning" in a broad sense, including learning science, cognitive science, and learning environment design, and aim to use this knowledge as a basis to acquire advanced practical skills that will generate innovation in a variety of fields, including workshop design, human resource development, organizational change, school education, medical care and nursing, community revitalization, consultation, NPO activities, and government services.
