Regarding promotion to the next grade, the conditions vary depending on the faculty you belong to, so please check the promotion conditions for each faculty and department.

Students must be enrolled at the university for at least four years (eight terms) (excluding periods of leave of absence) and at least one year (two terms) in their fourth year. Students who have acquired the necessary credits for graduation as determined by each faculty will be allowed to graduate and be awarded a bachelor's degree. Please note that students cannot graduate during periods of leave of absence.
*Graduation takes place in March of the fourth year, and graduation results will be announced in early March. Students must confirm for themselves whether or not they will be able to graduate. We do not respond to inquiries over the phone.

September Graduation

If you meet the graduation requirements mentioned above, there is a system in place that allows you to graduate in September of your fourth year upon application.
1) If you are interested, please consult with the academic affairs office at your campus and submit the "September Graduation Application" by the specified period.
2) Any submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted.
3) Regarding tuition fees, please contact Accounting Division of Administrative Affairs Department of your university.

Graduation Deferral System

This system allows fourth-year students who meet the graduation requirements and wish to extend their period of enrollment to continue their studies to be permitted to postpone graduation and give them the opportunity to continue their studies, provided that they have a concrete plan to continue their studies and a clear reason or purpose, such as taking a national examination.
(1) If you wish to postpone graduation, please consult with the Academic Affairs Office on your campus and submit the "Request for Permission to Defer Graduation," "Study Plan," and "Letter of Pledge and Guarantee" by the specified period.
⑵ Any submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted.
⑶ Regarding tuition fees, please contact Accounting Division of Administrative Affairs Department of your university.
(4) Students who are granted the Graduation Deferral System must take at least one course within the limits permitted by their faculty. However, they may not take teacher training course courses.
